The Boss Con is a family built, both behind the scenes and during each event. My name is Taylor, the founder and coordinator for The Boss Con. This concept was thought of when I was pregnant with my youngest baby. While seeing an increase of small businesses and rise of pop up culture, I knew there was something I could offer to this amazing community.

 

Being a small business owner myself, I know how much these platforms mean to so many- A place for community, a place for networking, a place for FAMILY, and as I like to say "A room/space full of winners"! The Boss Con is reputable for providing a spotlight  for ALL talents, hustles, makers, and creators to shine! We strive for an amazing EXPERIENCE to remember for both vendors and guests in every city we impact.

As a mother of 3 already, The Boss Con has become another one of my "business"  babies. In turn, I see every vendor, volunteer, guest, and contributing body as part of The Boss Con Family. I welcome you all, and I can't wait to connect with you.
